Premise and Effectiveness of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") govern the purchase of products and services made remotely via the internet through the website www.voluxofficial.com (hereinafter, "the Website") in accordance with U.S. law.
The seller of the products and owner of the Website is: Volux®, headquartered in Italy, email address: Support@voluxofficial.com (hereinafter, "Volux®").
Consumers accessing the Website to make purchases (hereinafter, "Customer") are required, before submitting their order, to carefully read these General Conditions, which are made available on the Website and can be consulted by the Customer at any time.
Contracts concluded with Volux® through the Website are governed by these General Conditions in compliance with U.S. law. The available language for the conclusion of the contract is English.
Product Selection and Ordering
The characteristics and prices of the various products for sale on the Website (hereinafter, "Product" or "Products") are indicated on the page related to each Product.
To purchase the Products, the Customer must complete and submit the electronic order form, following the instructions provided on the Website. The Customer must add the Product to the "Cart" and, after reviewing the General Conditions and Privacy Policy and confirming their acceptance, provide shipping and billing information, select the desired payment method, and confirm the order.
By submitting the order from the Website, which constitutes a contractual proposal, the Customer acknowledges and declares that they have read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accept these General Conditions and the payment terms.
The contract between Volux® and the Customer is considered concluded upon the acceptance of the order by Volux®. This acceptance is communicated to the Customer via an order confirmation email containing the order number, shipping and billing details, a list of the Products ordered with their essential characteristics, and the total price, including delivery costs. Once the contract is concluded, Volux® will process the purchase order, and the buyer can view their orders by accessing their profile and checking the relevant section.
Upon receiving the order, Volux® will verify the availability of stock for order fulfillment from the relevant manufacturer. If one or more Products are unavailable, Volux® Customer Service will promptly notify the Customer by email, and within the next 12 hours, the Customer may choose to confirm the shipment of other available Products or cancel the order. If no response is received within this period, the order will be considered confirmed, and the available Products will be shipped. In this case, the total amount for the unavailable Products will be refunded, or, depending on the chosen payment method, not charged to the Customer. The Volux® ring has been tested by a group of individuals who reported positive results. However, specific effects are not guaranteed, as results may vary based on personal factors, including physical health and lifestyle. The ring is not a substitute for medical treatments, nor is it intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Order Containing Products from Two or More Manufacturers
If the Customer places an order containing products from multiple manufacturers, Volux® reserves the right to refuse or modify the order by removing products from other manufacturers within the same order. The order will only be processed for the primary manufacturer, which is the one with the highest value in the same order.
Product Information
The information and characteristics related to the Products are available on the Website. The visual representation of the Products on the Website, where available, typically corresponds to the photographic image that accompanies the product description. It is understood that the image of the Products is intended to present them for sale and may not perfectly represent their characteristics and quality, though it will not differ in terms of color and size. In case of a discrepancy between the image and the written product description, the product description will always prevail. The products are assembled and shipped from China and delivered to the customer’s address.
Prices and Shipping
There is no minimum order requirement to make purchases on the Website. Product prices include all taxes and duties. All prices are expressed in the local currency.
Shipping to the United States:
Standard shipping is free throughout the territory.
Note: If the order value falls below the mentioned thresholds due to a discount code, the shipping cost will be automatically reapplied.

The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs using Credit Cards, Prepaid Cards, Venmo, Stripe, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.

Order Billing
If the purchase is made by a professional or a company, it is possible to request the issuance of an invoice by writing to Support@voluxofficial.com and providing billing information, including tax code and/or VAT number. In this case, the invoice will be sent via email to the address provided. The professional is responsible for the correct entry of billing details and is expressly informed that, if the invoice is not requested at the time of order placement, it will not be possible to request it afterward.
Transport and Delivery
Products purchased on the Website will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase process in the appropriate field.
All purchases will be delivered via express courier "USPS, UPS, and FedEx" from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national events. Volux® is not responsible for unexpected delays or those not attributable to it.
Once the Products have been shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing a link to track the shipment.
In any case, barring force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the Products ordered will be delivered within a maximum of 4/7 working days in America and 5/10 working days in the rest of the world from the day following the confirmation of the order by Volux® via the confirmation email.

The service includes 2 delivery attempts to the address provided at the time of order. After the second failed delivery attempt, the package will be held free of charge for 3 working days at the Courier's warehouse. During these 3 days, the Customer may contact the Courier directly to arrange delivery or change the delivery address. Starting from the 4th day and for 7 working days (including Saturday), the package will be held free of charge at the local Post Office. The Customer will receive information on the Post Office where they can collect the package via a paper notice left in the mailbox and by email.
